Sales Representative - Commission Based
Job Description
Eight Point Solutions is looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative who wants to earn based on performance. This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for someone who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and follow through. You will be responsible for generating revenue, managing client communication, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations moving.
What You’ll Do:
• Build new business relationships and maintain existing ones
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results
• Track performance metrics and adjust outreach as needed
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document communications
• Assist with scheduling, client coordination, and general administrative tasks
• Represent EPS professionally in all interactions
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Strong communication skills, both phone and email
• Organized and self-disciplined
• Comfortable working in a performance-based structure
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
