Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for evaluating, testing, and validating processes, systems, and deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, compliance, and performance standards are met. This role supports organizational reliability by identifying defects, inefficiencies, and risks before they impact clients, partners, or internal operations. The QA Specialist works across departments to enforce standards, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute structured test plans, checklists, and validation procedures.
- Review digital platforms, forms, workflows, training materials, and operational processes for accuracy and functionality.
- Identify defects, inconsistencies, security gaps, or compliance risks.
- Document findings in clear, traceable reports with severity levels and recommended fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, instructors, managers, or stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing following updates or revisions.
- Validate data accuracy across systems, portals, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor performance metrics and recurring issue trends.
- Maintain version control and audit logs for all QA activities.
- Provide sign-off approval prior to releases, deployments, or public distribution.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting or refining Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support onboarding and training quality checks.
- Conduct random audits and spot inspections.
- Recommend automation tools or efficiency improvements.
- Participate in risk assessments and after-action reviews.
Required Qualifications
