Role Overview

The Training Services Coordinator supports the planning, scheduling, and quality assurance of Red Cross training programs. This role serves as the operational backbone for instructor deployment, course logistics, and compliance tracking across assigned regions or programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling of instructors, facilities, and training events
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and instructor credentials
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, instructors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor training quality and adherence to Red Cross standards
  • Assist with onboarding and credential verification for new instructors
  • Prepare reports related to training volume, compliance, and program performance

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with scheduling systems, LMS platforms, or training databases
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-driven environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in training administration, healthcare education, or nonprofit operations
